We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Some products have additional restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain states or provinces. These include but are not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping method you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, estimated dates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight for each item is listed on its detail page. To match our carriers’ policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any opened items or products that show signs of use. Returned items must be in unused, unopened, and resaleable condition. If the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. In total, refunds may take up to 2–3 weeks from the date you ship the item back.

To start a return, simply log in to your account, go to “My Account” > “Complete Orders”, and click the “Return Item(s)” button. We'll notify you by email once your return is received and your refund has been issued.

Shipping

We ship to customers worldwide from our warehouses located in the United States, Canada, and Hong Kong. Your order will be fulfilled from the most optimal warehouse based on product availability and your delivery address to ensure the fastest and most efficient shipping. (There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations).

Please note: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and destination. All weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound in accordance with carrier policies.

Returns: If you need to return an item, it must be sent back to the same warehouse from which it was originally shipped. Return instructions, including the appropriate return address, will be provided once your return request is approved.
