Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to all U.S. states?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and international addresses are not currently supported.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States, with no minimum purchase required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on destination and carrier service.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment locations in New Castle, Delaware and Fontana, California.
Orders & Tracking
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If you notice an address issue after placing your order, contact us at support@cadlly.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has started processing.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
What items are eligible for return?
Fragrance products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@cadlly.com with your order number. Returns must be authorized by our support team before items are shipped back.
