Return and Refund Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, fragrance products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to start a return
To request a return, contact us at support@cadlly.com within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be authorized by our support team before items are shipped back.
If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, contact us at support@cadlly.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Sale items and gift cards
Sale items are eligible for return only if they meet the return eligibility requirements above. Gift cards are not returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@cadlly.com.
